I stopped here on the search for more cheeses for my collection. The selection isn’t huge but I did find some new ones. The section could use more care as there were many out of date cheeses, and one very moldy one right in front; I actually bought one a month past sell-by by choice, as I really wanted the cheese. I saw some cheeses dated as far back as February this year (it's the end of June). The market otherwise looked clean and maintained.

We have been a member of the co-op for many years, there are some great deals, but even when you pay full price it's worth every penny. The produce is always fresh, the deli has the best hot food, and the bakery items come from local bakeries. I'm always happy to stop here and grab something for lunch or dinner.

I really hope they can get their deli department back to what it used to be. Lately both the quality and quantity of options has been deteriorating at a rapid pace. Tonight I found three roasted (BURNT BLACK) chickens in the hot bar with NO HEAT on. Who knows how long they had been sitting there and they certainly didn't feel hot to the touch. It's really depressing to see a place with SO much potential fail at serving the community in the beautiful way it once did. I would give a one star review but I'm adding two extra for all the wonderful cashiers who are just fantastic at their job and ALWAYS so friendly.

The best selection of organic produce in the Duluth area. They feature locally grown produce when it's available. They also have a great selection of canned, bagged, refrigerated, and frozen items. Expect to pay more than other stores, but they do have sales that help reduce prices. You can special order items, too. Really friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking is available. They have convenient hours, too, making it easy to shop there. It's a must shop store if you really care about your health and want to improve your food quality.
